About the role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, championing DevOps methodologies, automating infrastructure, and mentoring junior engineers

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-level cloud environments.
Cloud Platforms: Deep, practical expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and a solid understanding of its core compute, storage, networking, and security services.
Programming & Scripting: Strong proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language utilized for automation (Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js).
Infrastructure as Code: Proven experience writing modular and maintainable IaC using Terraform, Pulumi, or provider-specific tools.
Orchestration: Extensive experience deploying and managing microservices architectures using Kubernetes and Docker.
Networking: Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including DNS, load balancing, VPNs, routing, and CDN implementation.
